The perfect feeding by the PREMIUM FLOW header is the basis for high performance. Due to the active transport the grain is always optimally supplied to the threshing unit, even under changing conditions along the cutting width. The qualities appreciated most about the PREMIUM FLOW header are a significantly increased combine performance, high reliability, low maintenance and quick changeovers to different crops.
These headers and their unique crop flow system were initially available for John Deere combines only. Now the Premium Flow headers are also available for New Holland, Case IH and Fendt combines.

The Premium Flow headers were developed with versatility in mind and for use in all types of crops. As such, the canola equipment is included in the base equipment of every header. This includes an extended table that ensures no seeds are lost and an enclosed auger tray for a loss-free material flow into the combine.
The PREMIUM FLOW makes changeovers from canola to grain and vice versa a doddle. Stored on the back of the header, the side knives can be fitted any time anywhere.
Switch to canola in just three minutes now. Simply replace the dividers with the mechanical driven side knives. Then raise the auger and select the belt speed. Done. No tools required.
The Fast and Easy Way of Servicing
PREMIUM FLOW presents a significant upgrade to belt header technology. The new seals minimise the ingress of debris and, as a result, the need for daily checks and cleaning.
The active material feed technology of PREMIUM FLOW ensures that the crop is swiftly fed into the machine, heads first, for effective threshing. This reduces load peaks and wear on the drives and boosts reliability.

PREMIUM FLOW delivers optimum results no matter the conditions along the cutter bar, gathering the plants perfectly across the full work width.
This excellent performance is achieved by a table that is long (distance from the cutter bar to the auger) to handle tall, standing material, but also short because belts are actively feeding short and lodged crops.
